1. Return Eligibility

- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or refund.

Danglisia reserves the right to refuse returns that fail quality inspection.
3. Return Request Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with:

- Product Images/Videos (if damaged or incorrect)

4. Refund Process
After the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- If your order was paid through Cash on Delivery (COD), refund details may be collected separately.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer:
- Store credit
- Refund
- Alternative product options
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos/videos of the issue for verification.
Failure to report within the specified timeframe may affect eligibility for return or replacement.
7. Cancellation Policy

- Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
- Product unavailability
- Payment issues
- Suspicious or fraudulent transactions
- Incorrect pricing or technical errors
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
8. Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
